🍪 Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Deep-Fried Oreos 🍰

Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Stir in the crushed Oreos, and set aside.
Step 2: Stuff the Oreos

Carefully separate each Oreo cookie and remove the cream filling from the center.
Spoon a small amount of the cheesecake mixture into the center of each Oreo and replace the top, gently pressing the edges to seal in the cheesecake filling.
Step 3: Prepare the Batter

In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. The batter should be thick enough to coat the Oreos, but if it’s too thick, you can add a little more milk.
Step 4: Fry the Oreos

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Dip each stuffed Oreo into the batter, making sure it is completely coated.
Carefully drop the battered Oreos into the hot oil and fry for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fried Oreos and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Step 5: Serve

Dust the fried Oreos with powdered sugar and serve warm.
Optionally, you can drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
