Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a salad bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture becomes white.
Add mascarpone and mix well to obtain a smooth consistency.
Then add the flour, the yeast, then the melted butter.
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Throw them into the dough.
Pour the preparation into a buttered mold and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Let it cool, then take generously caramel. You can garnish with fresh apple slices and some walnut crackles for a crunchy touch.
