🧄Mashed Potatoes with Parmesan and Roasted Garlic!🧄

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks.
Place them in a large pot and cover with water.
Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain well.
Mash the potatoes:

Add the roasted garlic to the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or hand mixer until smooth.
Make them creamy:

Heat the cream (or milk) and butter in a small saucepan until warm.
Add the warm cream and butter mixture to the mashed potatoes and mix until smooth.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:

Top with additional Parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
