4-Ingredient Hamburger Casserole
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz) package of frozen tater tots
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Spread the cooked ground beef evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the can of condensed cream of mushroom soup over the beef layer.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese over the soup layer.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots on top in a single layer, covering the entire surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy and golden.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
