Add chocolate to bowl and melt in pan.
Place milk in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add agar-agar and whisk over medium heat for 5 minutes until boiling.
Add sugar and melted chocolate and whisk one last time over low heat for another 2 minutes.
Pour mixture into a loaf tin (22cm – size of a tin) and leave to cool completely. Then leave to rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours (or overnight).
Once the pudding is ready, unmold it onto the plate, sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
