Baked Dish with Red Lentils and Herbs

2 servings of red lentils (350 grams)

3 huevos

1 serving of yogurt (180 grams)

1/2 cup of olive oil (90 ml)

10 grams of baking powder

Cheese, cut into pieces (as much as you want)

Finely chopped parsley

Chopped fresh dill

Black cumin or sesame seeds (to sprinkle on top)

Spicy pepper, as desired.

Powdered red bell pepper, as much as you like.

Add salt as desired.

Oil (to coat the baking pan)

Instructions:
Get the lentils ready.

Put two glasses of red lentils (350 grams) in a big bowl. Pour hot water over the lentils until they are covered. Allow them to soak for about 3 hours until they expand and become soft.

Make the batter.

In a big bowl, mix together the soaked and drained red lentils, 3 eggs, 1 glass of yogurt (180 grams), and 1/2 cup of olive oil (90 ml). Blend the mixture until it is smooth using a blender or food processor.

Add the baking powder (10 grams), chopped cheese, parsley, dill, red chili pepper, paprika, and salt to your liking. Stir thoroughly to mix.

Heat your oven to 170°C (340°F) before using it. Put vegetable oil on a baking pan.

Put the mixture into the baking pan that has been prepared. Put black cumin or sesame seeds on top.

Cook in the oven.
