Stuffed Eggs with Bacon and Sausage

6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 lb ground sausage, cooked and crumbled
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the eggs: Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and carefully scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
Make the filling: Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
