Dating is hard to do these days because of all the technology. It’s easy to get lost in the sea of possible suitors when there are so many apps and online contacts. One woman, Karolina Geits, a model from New York City who is 29 years old, chose to find love in a very old-fashioned way.
Geits got some cardboard and wrote a simple but strong message: “Looking for a husband.” She did this because she was fed up with men on dating apps who showed no commitment. She put in her social media name and told possible partners to get in touch.
Geits, who was 5’9″ and had a sign that stood out, hit the streets of Manhattan to find her partner. She wrote about her experience on social media to encourage other people to try new things.
People were curious and interested in Geits’ sign as she strutted through the city. But there was one man that caught her eye. He went up to her and asked for her number because he was interested in her unusual way of doing things.
