Instructions
Cutting and Browning the Chicken
- Cut the Chicken Breast: Begin by cutting the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Browning the Chicken: Heat a pan over medium heat and pour in 30 ml of vegetable oil. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and brown them for a few minutes until cooked through.
Creating the Sauce
- Adding Vegetables and Flavor: To the cooked chicken, add chopped onion, red pepper, and 3 green peppers. Stir in 40 g of tomato paste and 50 ml of water, mixing well.
