8 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup vegan Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
