135 g sugar + 85 g sugar + 65 g sugar
85 g flour
125 g mascarpone
25 cl whole liquid cream 35%
90 g strawberries for the strawberry puree
300 g strawberries
strawberry jam for decoration + icing sugar (personal addition)
