🍊 3 tins of mandarins in syrup (approx. 300 g each)
πŸ₯› 200 ml whipping cream 30%
πŸ§€ 200 g mascarpone cheese
πŸ₯„ 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
🍬 100 g marshmallows (small coloured ones)
🌿 A few mint leaves for decoration

1️⃣ Preparation of mandarins:
Pour the syrup from the mandarins and pat them dry on kitchen paper. Keep a few pieces for decoration.
2️⃣ Preparation of the cream:
Whip the cold whipping cream in a bowl until stiff.
Add the mascarpone and icing sugar and mix gently until smooth.
3️⃣ Combine ingredients:
Gently stir the mandarins into the cream.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl or individual cups.
