For the steak:
- 2 steaks (flank steak, rib eye or sirloin)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for more umami)
- A little chopped parsley for garnish
For the rotini:
- 200 g of rotini pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for decoration
