4-Ingredient Hamburger Casserole 

Ingredients: 

1 pound ground beef 

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 

1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 

1 (16 oz) package of frozen tater tots 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Spread the cooked ground beef evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the can of condensed cream of mushroom soup over the beef layer.
  5. Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese over the soup layer.
  6. Arrange the frozen tater tots on top in a single layer, covering the entire surface.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40–45 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy and golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  9. Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
