Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut brie into small pieces and set aside.
Unroll and separate crescent dough into triangles and place on a clean work surface.
Place two thin apple slices and a small piece of brie at the wide end of each dough triangle, then roll up towards the point.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden in color.
Serve warm drizzled with honey.
