1οΈβ£ Preparation of cabbage:
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and remove the core π₯¬. Bring a large amount of water to the boil in a saucepan, add the cabbage and cook for a few minutes. Gradually remove the soft leaves. Cut off the thick veins of the leaves to make them easier to wrap.
2οΈβ£ Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, mix the minced meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and marjoram. Mix the ingredients well so that the filling is even.
3οΈβ£ Form the cabbage rolls:
Place a little filling on each cabbage leaf and roll it up tightly. Fold the sides inwards to form a roll.

Heat oil π« in a pan, add tomato passata π
and tomato concentrate π₯. Season with salt and pepper and thicken the sauce with a little flour πΎ mixed with a little water if necessary.
5οΈβ£ Cook the cabbage rolls:
Place the cabbage rolls firmly in the pan. Pour over the tomato sauce, cover the pan and simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours, until the cabbage is tender.
