In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Add diced onions, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour in tomato sauce & water, simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
2️⃣ Assemble the Taco Pockets:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay tortillas flat and spoon beef filling onto one side.
Sprinkle generously with cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes.
Fold tortillas over and press gently.
3️⃣ Bake to Perfection:
Place taco pockets on the baking sheet, brush tops with olive oil.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Garnish with cilantro & green onions.
