In a salad bowl, beat all 3 egg yolks with sweetened condensed milk, milk and coconut.
_ Gently insert snow-mounted egg whites
_ Pour the preparation over the caramel.
_ Bake in a preheated oven to 150°C for 1 h to 1h15 min.
_ when it comes out of the oven, let it cool and then unmold…. place cool at least 2 hours before serving!
