Coconut Pineapple Banana Bread – A Hawaiian Delight

 

Using Eggs and Fruits: Put the eggs into the butter and sugar mix one by one. Stir well after adding each one to make sure they mix in completely. Add the mashed banana and crushed pineapple to the eggs, mix well until everything is evenly combined.

Mixing Dry Ingredients: In another medium-sized bowl, mix the regular flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add these dry ingredients little by little to the wet mixture, stirring until just mixed to prevent making the bread too heavy.

Including Coconut: Mix the shredded coconut into the batter well so that it spreads evenly and gives the bread its unique taste and texture.

Making Bread: Put the batter into a greased loaf pan that measures 9 by 5 inches. Put in the oven that has been preheated and bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick or cake tester inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean, showing that it is completely baked.
