1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the shrimp to the bowl, tossing to coat them evenly with the mixture.
3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
4. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer’s basket, making sure they are not overcrowded.
5. Cook the shrimp for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are golden and cooked through.
6. Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to a serving platter and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
Variations & Tips
For a zesty twist, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice over the shrimp just before serving. If you prefer a spicier kick, toss in a pinch of red pepper flakes with the garlic and Parmesan mixture. For a richer flavor, substitute butter for olive oil or add a dash of white wine to the marinade. You can also serve the shrimp over a bed of pasta or rice for a heartier meal.
