Add a little extra mayonnaise if necessary and stir to blend.
Put some flour-dusted biscuit mix on your palm and scoop it out with a spoon. Create a biscuit shape like a cup.
Put a dollop of crab mixture into the biscuit’s bowl.
Sprinkle some more biscuit dough over the biscuit.
Proceed in this manner until the dough is completely gone.
Fill a muffin pan with biscuits.
Allow 12–15 minutes for baking.
Apply a combination of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice by brushing.
