Cranberry Pecan White Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. Melt the Chocolate:
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir constantly until smooth.
2. Add Vanilla and Mix-ins:
Remove from heat, and stir in the vanilla extract, cranberries, and pecans.
3. Pour and Set:
Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish. Smooth the top and let it set at room temperature, or refrigerate until firm.
4. Cut and Serve:
Once set, cut into squares and enjoy this festive treat!
