Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the Puff Pastry
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into 6-8 rectangular strips, depending on your desired size.
Assemble the Rolls
Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture onto one end of each strip. Roll up the pastry tightly around the filling. Pinch the edges to seal.
Apply Egg Wash
Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each roll with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls are puffed and golden brown.
Cool and Garnish
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
