Crispy Cauliflower

  1. Heat skillet with remaining oil until very hot.
  2. Sear cauliflower 5 minutes until golden.
  3. Transfer to oven, roast 10-15 minutes.
  4. Stir every 5 minutes until crispy.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.

Storage:

    • Refrigerate up to 4 days
  • Not freezer friendly
  • Best served immediately

Notes:

  • Use high heat oil
  • Don’t overcrowd pan
  • Watch carefully while searing
