Pulse until the mixture starts to stick together and stays a little firm. Form into balls, sprinkle with salt (we use salt flakes) to season and refrigerate.
Tips:
– Refrigerate the dates and cashews to avoid them getting sticky.
– Don’t feel like shaping? Press the mixture into a lined baking tray, refrigerate and cut into even cubes.
– Try mixing with different types of nuts or sprinkle with coconut flakes for new flavours.
