Fried Onion and Egg Recipe

Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they soften and turn golden brown (about 10 minutes).
Add the Eggs:

Crack the eggs into the skillet with the onions.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs to your desired doneness:
Sunny-side up: Cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
Scrambled: Gently stir the eggs with the onions until fully cooked.
Serve:

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
