Greek Roasted Lemon Potatoes

Ingredients
* 2½ lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, washed, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, and sliced into wedges
* ¼ cup chicken broth or water
* ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
* ⅓ cup lemon juice (approximately the juice from two lemons)
* 1 tablespoon dried oregano
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
* 1-1½ teaspoons sea salt (adjust to taste)
* ½ teaspoon black pepper (optional)
* 1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon or yellow)
* 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
