Stir in the corn and black beans, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk and heat until warm.
Gradually stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine the cooked macaroni, cheese sauce, and beef mixture in a large pot or bowl. Mix until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
