Chiacchiere Recipe
Chiacchiere, also known as angel wings, are crispy, fried Italian pastries traditionally enjoyed during Carnival. They are light, airy, and sprinkled with powdered sugar for a sweet treat.

2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp white wine or grappa (optional, for flavor)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
