400 ml. milk

How to make white sauce
1- In a pot we put the butter to melt. Then we add the flour and mix over low heat.
2- Little by little we pour the milk (previously heated) and add the seasonings to taste.
3- Stir until it thickens. And that’s it, enjoy!
Pepper sauce
Ingredients :
2 tbsp. variety of whole pepper (pink, black, white, etc.)
1 cup of Red Wine

How to make pepper sauce
1- In a frying pan, put the whole peppercorns and let them toast a little. Then we add the cup of red wine, add seasoning to taste and wait until all the alcohol is gone and the sauce has thickened a little.
I recommend you try it on red meat!
Hollandese sauce
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. of Manteca
2 Yolks
3 tbsp. of Lemon Juice
How to make Hollandaise Sauce
1- In a pot, melt the butter. Then we add the egg yolk and lemon juice. We have to mix this preparation constantly until it thickens (obviously with the heat at minimum).
Vinaigrette
Ingredients :
6 tbsp. Of olive oil
2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt to taste
How to make Vinaigrette
1- We simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl. We beat vigorously until we obtain a smooth and homogeneous sauce.
Chocolate sauce
Ingredients:
200 gr. Chocolate to melt
100 ml. Milk or Cream

1- We simply melt the chocolate and then mix it with the milk or cream. This is an exquisite accompaniment to cakes or ice cream.
