How To Properly Store Honey, Before & After Opening A Jar

Keep at room temperature: Honey should be stored at room temperature (around 60-70°F / 15-21°C). Refrigeration is unnecessary and can cause honey to crystallize faster.
Avoid moisture contamination: Always use a clean, dry spoon or dipper when taking honey from the jar to prevent introducing moisture, which can lead to fermentation or spoilage.
Seal the jar tightly: After each use, make sure the lid is securely closed to keep air and contaminants out.
If honey crystallizes: This is a natural process, especially for raw or unfiltered honey. If this happens, gently warm the jar in a bowl of hot water or microwave in short intervals to return it to its liquid form.
By following these tips, honey can last indefinitely without spoiling.
