I brought this to an office potluck and now everyone can’t stop raving about it

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and grease 9×13 casserole.
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and mix.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk til combined. Then add biscuit mix, salt and pepper. Set aside.
4. Spread the beef mixture in a greased casserole dish. Pour biscuit mix in on top.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
5. Let it cool for a few minutes and then top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and black olives (if desired).
Serve and enjoy your delicious taco casserole!
