Instructions:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine cooked spaghetti with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess fat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened. Stir in marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, cheddar, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread half of spaghetti mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Top with cheese filling, then remaining spaghetti. Pour meat sauce over top.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15-20 minutes more, or until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
