I think this might be the tastiest version of this dish I’ve ever cooked!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir until well mixed.
Add the oyster crackers to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the butter mixture.
Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let them cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture. If you prefer a more pronounced vanilla flavor, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the butter mixture. For a nutty twist, sprinkle some finely chopped pecans or almonds over the crackers before baking. You can also experiment with different types of sugar, such as brown sugar or coconut sugar, for a slightly different flavor profile.
