4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (1 oz) packet ranch dressing mix
1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, condensed cream of chicken soup, and ranch dressing mix. Stir until well combined.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Gently fold in the frozen tater tots, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
7. Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
