I’ve had this when I stayed in Lancaster, PA. Haven’t seen it anywhere else. It’s ahh-mazing! So excited to make it myself.

Combine ingredients: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, marshmallow creme, water, corn syrup, and butter.
Stir until smooth: Stir mixture constantly until ingredients are well combined and mixture is smooth and creamy.
Remove from heat: Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and maple extract (if using).
Cool: Allow spread to cool slightly before transferring to a serving dish.
Serve: Serve with biscuits, English muffins, or toast.
