Juicy and delish! Didn’t know to do this before, but this worked so well!

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain excess fat and let cool.
  4. Prepare a dish with warm water. Submerge one rice paper wrap until pliable.
  5. Place softened wrap on a towel or cutting board. Add cheese, beef mixture, lettuce, and pickles.
  6. Fold sides, then roll up tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining wraps.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let cool before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
