Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease with a non-stick spray.
Prepare the Lemon Brownie Batter
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the unsweetened applesauce, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.

Set Glaze: Let the glaze set for about 10 minutes before cutting the brownies into squares.
