Maxi Cookie with Flowing Heart Milk Chocolate

Add the egg and whisk well.
Add the flour, cocoa powder, yeast and salt. Mix to obtain a homogeneous paste.
Add the milk chocolate chips and mix again.
Place the dough in a round mold and make a small hollow in the center to insert a square of chocolate.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The cake should be golden brown and the center should be melting.
Let cool before cutting into pieces.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
