Mini Burger Steaks with Mushroom and Gravy

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 egg

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Mushroom Gravy:

2 tablespoons butter

8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups beef broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
