For the ‘steak’ patties:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup crushed saltine crackers (or bread crumbs)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
For the coating:
