1 clove garlic grated

For the salad
3 hard boiled eggs 🥚
5 potatoes boiled and cut into medium slices🥔
1 large fresh tomato 🍅
A little red onion
Avocado 🥑 optional
Mix everything except the eggs, after mixing add the eggs and drizzle with the dressing then serve 🤤
