👨🍳 Instructions:
🥩 1. Prepare the filling Meat
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan.
Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the garlic.
Add the ground meat and brown.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
🥔 2. Cook the potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large chunks.
Cook them in boiling salted water for about 10 to 12 minutes, until tender but still firm.
Drain and set aside.
🧀 3. Assemble the gratin
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Arrange the potatoes in a buttered dish, then spread the meat mixture over the potatoes.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Add a dollop of crème fraîche or yogurt on top.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
