Reuben Dip in a Bread Bowl 🥖

1️⃣ Prepare the Bread Bowl:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the top off the round loaf of bread and hollow out the inside, leaving about a 1-inch thick shell. Cut the removed bread into cubes for dipping.

2️⃣ Mix the Dip:
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended.

3️⃣ Fill the Bread Bowl:
Spoon the Reuben dip mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl, spreading it evenly.

4️⃣ Bake the Dip:
Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

5️⃣ Serve:
Serve warm with the bread cubes from the loaf and additional rye or pumpernickel bread or crackers for dipping. Enjoy this comforting and savory appetizer!
