Preparation:
Drain the herring from the oil, I do this with a paper towel. Then cut into pieces about 2 cm wide.
Boil the eggs hard, peel and cut into cubes.
Drain the canned peas from the brine, we don’t need them for the salad.
Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and natural yoghurt to make a salad dressing. Then add the ingredients to the bowl.
Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
