Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together the gochugaru, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Add the pork ribs to the bowl and massage the marinade into the meat, ensuring each rib is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a more intense flavor.
Arrange the marinated ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook the ribs in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly and develop a nice crispy exterior.
Once done, remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
