Cake Ingredients:
210g plain flour
35g cocoa powder
10g baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
180g sugar
20g vanilla sugar
240g water at room temperature
75g vegetable oil

3 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
5 tbsp cold water
