Instructions:
– Marinate the steak: In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable oil. Add the steak and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
– Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, cornstarch slurry, and black pepper.
– Stir-fry: Heat the oil in a wok or skillet. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
– Add the steak and sauce: Pour the sauce over the steak and vegetables. Stir-fry until the steak is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
– Serve: Serve the steak with cooked rice or steamed rice.
