1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

4. Sprinkle flour, stir, cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Slowly pour beef broth while stirring. Simmer for 3-5 mins to thicken.
6. Reduce heat, add sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Mix until smooth.
7. Add cooked beef and frozen peas to the sauce. Simmer briefly.
8. Cook egg noodles, drain, set aside.
9. Combine noodles with beef and sauce mixture.
10. Layer half of the mixture in a baking dish, top with shredded cheese.
11. Add remaining mixture, then more shredded cheese.
12. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
