Spicy Basil beef

Instructions:

1. In a wok or large pan, heat the ground spices and lemongrass over medium heat until fragrant.

2. Add the sliced beef to the pan and cook until it turns pale.

3. Pour 3/4 of the water into the pan and add the sliced potatoes and spices.

4. Reduce the heat to low and cook the potatoes until they are soft.

5. Turn off the heat and add the chopped basil and sliced spring onions to the pan.

6. Serve the stir-fry hot.
